HR Benefits Issue

Hi Experts,

I have defined new benefit area for Malaysia, i have assigned the currency, i have also defined the benefit providers,

While i am trying to set the current benefit area , i am getting the message as "No values found" , but there are benefit area,i have also used feature and activated it for Malaysia .

But still don't know wh i am getting the message as "No values Found".

Waiting for long long time.. Can anyone let me know how to set the current benefit area to the system,, when i try to do, it gives me no values found

Hi Sriram ,

Please find the below configuration path in sap ecc.

Basic settings->define benefit area -- Here create one benefit area , for example "SI".

Click on feature , maintain this values in return code in your country code.

2) Basic settings->Assign Currency to Benefit Area  , here you have assign the currency

3)Basic sttings->Set Current Benefit Area  , you will get the benefit area in drop down box.

Try the above configurations and let me know still any issues.

Hi Siva,

I have created for malaysia , called MY and assigned currency as well.. but i am getting problem when i click on current set benefit area , nothing comes up.. system simply says No values found, which i dont know why?

Any other configuration is missing?

Hi,

Can you check if your security profile has the following authorization?

Object = P_BEN

Field Name = PBEN_AREA (this should have value = MY or * or a range as long as MY falls within that range)

Field Name = ACTVT (this should have value = '03')

If you're not comfortable with security setup, work with whoever handles security in your organization.
