How to restrict BW Query in Lumira

Dear All

We want to restrict BW queryin Lumira  Unfortunately this is not the case . User is able to see all the queries.

How can we restrict the user to not to see all the queries !

By selecting the option for external access in Bex Query properties . Is it possible via doing like this !

The user who is connecting to BW via Lumira, must have a role defined in BW? And the user role if restricted to those particular queries only from BW backend( Transaction code - pfcg), then I don't think he can see the other queries available when accessing through Lumira.

Ajay - I don't think Lumira looks at the external flag on the query; I haven't set that flag and I see queries in Lumira.

To clarify, are you using Lumira Desktop 1.27?  Can the users access the queries as well?  Are you using the BW extension panel?

Yes we use Lumira 1.27 and also users can access the BW queries .We have installed BW extension panel to access the BW queries.
