Make sure your system is completely up-to-date based on this. Kernel patch should be 212.

Please find below the status of my system
I have just a red light for my ITS global memory but I am the only one to use the system so I think it is OK.
Thank to your link, I have installed the needed SAP notes. Please note I have try to install all the notes from your link and only the notes below were necessary.

One more question : Is the kernel 212 mandatory ?

Technically speaking it's not mandatory, but works better than 200.
If you have no apparent problems, you can stay at 200 since that's the required minimum, but it's advisable to upgrade when you have that option.
It is weird that you get a red light for the global memory left with that large em/global_area_MB specified, but I wouldn't worry about it. Even half of that size (2048) is plenty.
