Hi All,
In webi, we are displaying other language data like Chinese in one of the columns and while exporting the report output to .CSV, I could see junk characters, etc., but not the Chinese letters. Is there any workaround for it.
Thanks,
Ram

Just noticed that in case of exporting into CSV archive also, it exports correctly. I selected UTF-8 encoding(default) while saving the report. If I open the csv file in notepad, I am able to see the Chinese characters as expected. So, my idea is, it is not being rendered correctly by excel or wordpad in case of csv file by default. There can be some character-encoding settings in excel/wordpad to read UTF-8 characters that I need to investigate further.

I'm also facing same issue in Rich Client when I export the report as CSV archive. But, it exports correctly if I save the report as TXT file.
