SFTP Error - Exception received: com.jcraft.jsch.JSchException: java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out: connect

Hi Gurus,

I'm getting the error as seen in the subject when I check the communication channel monitor for ALL SFTP channels, be it sender or receiver. All the CCs were working properly the day before.

I was wondering if any of you have encountered this issue before. Any inputs are greatly appreciated.

solved by restarting sftp server

Hello,

It might be a network issue.

Check if you able to ping /  connect to the SFTP server using some other 3rd party tool (filezilla/putty).

Thanks for the reply Praveen. Yes I'm able to connect to the sftp server using filezilla. I can also access the same folder to which we are sending and receiving the files.
