ITSM mandatory time recording

Hi all,

can anyone tell me if it's possible to make the time recording in ITSM mandatory?

The time reminder is working (shows a popup) but nevertheless which option I choose (OK or CANCEL) the changes in the incident are saved.

I would like to cancel the processing as long as there's no new entry in the time recording table.

Any ideas?

Hi Richard,

When you cancel the time recording reminder pop up it will not save the time , if you cancel the transaction it will reset to its previous value again. Please can you elaborate the exactly what is the desired behaviour you are expecting.
