NWBC 500 Login Error "Could not get system information"

Hi,

When attempting to login to my instance using NWBC 500 PL7, I get a login failure saying "Could not get system information".  When I test in a browser the login is successful.

I am able to get to connect and get to the login screen fine, but after putting in my password and clicking Log On, the error below appears.  The instance I'm connecting to is NW740 SP09 ERP6 EHP7 SP07.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!

After running a trace I found the error "The 'Domain'='.local' part of the cookie is invalid."

Apparently a cookie requires the domain name to have two dots.  After changing the FQDN parameter from ".local" to ".training.local" so the ICM would use the new one, the NWBC connection and login works successfully.

This requirement must be new for the latest versions of NWBC desktop client.  I know this wasn't required for versions 3.5 and below.  Definitely something to remember when installing an instance that won't be connected to a domain.
