"Your browser does not support the Solution Manager Graphic"

Got error message "Your browser does not support the Solution Manager Graphic" when modifying the solution in solution manager.
Tried compatibility view, didn't help. Any known solution to this ?
Environment: Windows7 & IE 11. Solution manager 7.1

Please check note 2242736 and make sure you clear your cache

Hi,

Any update on this issue, we are facing exactly the same thing!

SolMan Version: 7.1 SP12 and IE 11 is the browser.

Appreciate if someone has found the solution.

Regarding this issue/question, you can check the SAP KBA and SAP Note below:

1984729 - "SV-SMG: Is Internet Explorer 11 supported against Solution Manager 7.1 SP1 - SP11?"

2092160 - "graphics not shown in Component view with IE11"
