Default Posting Block In Customer Master

Hello,

I want customer is blocked (checked by default) in Posting Block, and then it should be unblocked (unchecked) in FD05 in customer master XD01. How it can be possible ?

Hi Santosh,

I want to create customer which is by default in block form of nature. That means "Posting Block" In XD01 is by default checked while i create a customer and it should be explicitly unblock by my end-user from XD05.

Let me try to confirm what I  understood from above sentance .

1. You are creating customer by T-code XD01 . You want newly created customer to have "Posting block status .

2. You want end user should delete the posting block by T-code xd05 .

is that the requirment ?

What is your goal for such a scenario ?

Will there be any approval process ? That means one user will create customer and then no one can use this customer until a special user will unblock the customer (as quite like as release strategy in purchasing document)

If this is your requirement, then you need to use a user exit or badi where transaction XD05 will be called (along the blocking activity) during saving the customer master.

Hi Hiren,

Posting block comes to FI area. So when you block it in XD05, then the same indicators have set in FD05 also. So it is applicable for FI & Centrally.
