No Get Agent table in BRF+ for Customer Workflows

Hello,

I want to assign User Agents to the steps of change request type BPMP1, so that I can do Mass Maintenance of Customers using File Upload option.

But, Get Agent for Customer does not exists in my SAP ECC Client. Please see screenshots below.

Kindly help me how can I add/enable this ?

Hello Swati,

Please get the table downloaded from 000 client and then import it to your target client.

I agree with Sanjay, it is a task for BASIS.

The application gets created the first time you call it. Check if you have authorization to do so (transaction SU53).
