Hi Karthik,

Please ensure Authentication has been enabled for Enrollment server. This setting is located in Security -> Authentication section -> Enable authentication -> Check "Enable enrollment server authentication" option.

Thanks,

I believe "Enable enrolment server authentication" was introduced in Service Pack 5. You should upgrade to this service pack because it is fully supported.

Have you restarted the enrolment server service? Can users authenticate now?

Hi Mirco Simoni,

I did this in-house ,with Afaraia Sp3 and we used to put domain credentials for enrolling the device. But I did a new installation for our client Afaria Sp3 ,device automatically enrolls without domain authentication...And I have  restarted the enrollment server service..

Going for Afaria sp5 upgrade.I will revert ASAP once upgrade is done

Thanks again for the reply
