Transfer recipes from one system (productive) to another system.

Hi all! I need to copy the master recipe (PP-PI) of the productive system to the test. I know that can be copied using IDOC classes, characteristics, material master records, and other basic data. But I can not find how to copy the master recipe. Program / SAPMP / RBDSERU not suitable, because there only copying Routings (type N), there is no way to copy the master recipe (type 2). Copying systems are not suitable for various reasons. It is only necessary to copy the recipe. Please help me.
