Hi Expert,

I'm able to activate my KPI app but when reach authorization screen, there are no role/user for me to choose. Where can I perform the config to add the authorization to my KPI app?

Hi Yen,

Ensure you have completed all the prerequisites :

Prerequisites

• You have installed the SAP Smart Business modeler apps on the front-end server and on the SAP HANA server.
• Your front-end user is assigned the PFCG role /UI2/SAP_KPIMOD_TCR_S.
• Your SAP HANA user is assigned the roles sap.hba.r.sb.core.roles::SAP_SMART_BUSINESS_MODELERand sap.hba.r.sb.core.roles::SAP_SMART_BUSINESS_RUNTIME.

Yes, I have complete all the prerequisites steps. There is still no user in manage authorization page.
