Webi Schedule error:Object failed to run due to an error while processing on the Job Server.

Dear,

     I have faced a problem when I wanted to schedule the Webi by E-MAIL,I have already tested the  telenet the mail server and port  from BO server, it

works fine.

      The schedule running error information is :Object failed to run due to an error while processing on the Job Server.

     I haved checked the logging file in the BO server file, there is a file <jobserver_BODEV.AdaptiveJobServer_WebIJavaSchedulingService_CHILD0_ncs> and there is error information shown as belown:

[Thr 9012] NCS trace timer is disabled since the interval is set to 0

     So what should i do to fix it, please help, thanks a lot!

hi Steve,

have checked all the servers is Running fine in CMC.

check the  adaptive job server is up or not.

Hi Steve.

I couldn't find any SAP note related myself but I fixed the scheduling error updating the AO Precalculation Server from 1.3 SP10 to 1.3 SP13.

After updating, scheduling worked fine.
