Error 9005 in Search Help

Hi All,

I am in the process of setting up the Business Process Monitor, however when I define the key figueres for the Monitors  I cannot use the search help for any value, because I always get the error 9005. I think there must be some connection issue to the managed system but I have no clou where i can find it.

This happens for all key figueres like company code, plant, document types etc.

See the attached screenshot.

Any useful answer is much appreciated.

Thanks & Regards,

Sebastian

Hi,

Can you check the BPMON_LOCAL rfc after that pleaes check *TMW, *READ and *Trusted rfc for corresponding managed system.

Check the user settings maintained in it and authorizations for same in managed system.

Hi Sebastian,

can  you please check if all the RFCs are working fine. you can see the exact names in the BPM setup link if you select the solution.

Perform load monitors as well by choosing the relevant logical component.

also the user in the RFC have recommended roles for SAP BPM as just generating the RFC doesn't have all the relevant authorization for these users.

check wiki

Business Process Monitoring - Solution Manager - SCN Wiki

hope this helps

Thanks
