in SMQ1 in ECC getting error connection to partner '10.23.6.36:sapgw00' broken

Hi APO experts,Please suguest for the below

In SMQ1 in ECC some CIF Queues are there when i check these queues then the error is :connection to partner '10.23.6.36:sapgw00' broken" Please suguest why this error is why it comes and how to clear this

and When i execute the LUW icon the block is cleared what is the purpose of LUW Icon,Please suguest

Hello Vijaya,

Please get in touch with your Basis team to understand the reason for this error. For me this looks like a RFC connection issue while pushing the queue at the Outbound.
