Dear Mahesh,

what cluster solution do you want to implement on SLES10? There are several certified solutions available. They are listed on the Linux SDN page https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/webcontent/uuid/5c7ba756-0d01-0010-8a93-dbb90... [original link is broken] [original link is broken]

Hi,

Creating filesystem do you mean to install.

Follow the link service.sap.com/instguides for the concerned OS and the database.

If you want to understand the folder structure, just get into /usr/sap/

You get a SID and navigate into it and then keep getting into it.

You can see the Central instance, Central Services, And SYS folders. Kernel is installed in SYS folder and also most of the exe files are here and the kernel files are linked with the soft link to /sapmnt/....exe folder.

Rest work hard and keep getting into different folders and find to see why and how it is being used.

Reward with points.

Hi

Is it that you want to understand the filesystem of SUSE of it is that you want to knw the filesystem specific to SAP Installation??

For intallation of SAP on SUSE you can refer the installation guide from

service.sap.com/instguides

and refer the relevant guides there.
