Missing Rebate Condition.

We have a situation where rebate condition was set up late and the rebate did not accrue. This has now been retified and the rebate accruing correctly.

The issue is that the previous sale transaction that should have accrued, hasn't accrued. We are not sure how many sKu is affected i.e rebate condition set up late

Please what I need to know are how to

1) Identify the all the rebate that has been affect i.e missing some accrues

2) How can this be retified i.e refreshed so that the missing sales transaction is accrued
