Timestream errors in heuristics

Hello,

We have been encountering errors when we run our batch SNP heuristic jobs. When these errors happen, we We see the following errors both in the job logs and the spools:

Entries for time stream ' [ts id] ' have not yet been maintained

No macro access key found for planning book

InfoObject 9AVERSION (version A) is not compounded

Data Inconsistency: Time stream [ts id] is no longer in the database.

Note that:

- when we check the timestream, they are existing and their periods were generated correctly (valid factory calendar too).

- PAREA INITIALIZE and LC CONSISTENCY CHECK have been run prior to the heuristics as well.

- heuristics do not terminate/cancel even with these errors.

Was wondering if anyone has encountered similar errors before. The workaround right now is to rerun heuristics for them as there are no recommendations generated when these errors happen.

Hi

Did you assign the product and location characteristics in the planning object structure?

/SAPAPO/MSDP_ADMIN-> Planning object structures-> Double-click on planning object structure-> Edit-> Assign prod./loc.

This can cause similar problems to those you have mentioned.

The time stream errors may have been caused by too short time streams. All product that are planned have to have their full horizons covered by the time-stream (e.g. if you have a SNP horizon 999, you have to be sure that the time-stream attached is long enough to cover 1000 days)
