Copy a Standard Java Web Dynpro in NWDS 7.3.

Hi to everyone,

We need to copy a Standard Java Web Dynpro in NWDS 7.3. We have performed a few steps, but somehow we are not doing it properly, and we are not being able to make the copy successfully.

Could anybody please help us sharing any idea or experience doing this?

HI,

If you need to copy standard WDJ application, firstly need NWDI configured on your server, and put the desired SC in your track.

When hoy sync your NWDS with DTR, all SC contained projects appear in the list to modify. Sync the project that you would to copy and their dependences. Once this process finish open in WD View and copy the components to your new application.

Hello,

Try to copy the whole Web Dynpro Component. It can be copy and pasted. So you will not face problems with methods, actions or handlers.
