ELM Error

Dear Experts,

I am trying Upload external data to CRM using ELM for which I have activated all the workflows, Activated Event Linkages and Assign Agents.

Created Mapping Format as below attached the file as well.

Ms,Viji,Buda,Nanakramguda,Hyderabad,500081,01,IN,viji.buda@gmail.com

Mr,Raki,Vimal,Nanakramguda,Hyderabad,500081,01,IN,raki.vimal@gmail.com

However, I am unsuccessful in uploading the data due to following ERRORS

1) Cannot find mapped data for this list

2)

0		Usage does not exist
0		One or more errors occurred when the BAPI was called
0		No instance of object type MarketingProfileset has been created. External reference:
0		Usage does not exist
0		One or more errors occurred when the BAPI was called
0		No instance of object type MarketingProfileset has been created. External reference:
0		Usage does not exist
0		One or more errors occurred when the BAPI was called
0		No instance of object type MarketingProfileset has been created. External reference:
0		One or more errors occurred when the BAPI was called
0		No instance of object type MarketingTargetGroup has been created. External reference:
0		Target group KTM created in set KTM
0		0 entries added to target group KTM
0		Step Maintain Target Group started at 28 July 2015 12:38:33 CAT and ended at 28 July 2015

I have also attached the screenshots of the config and the error details as well.

I humbly request you to help me in this. Your help will be appreciated and rewarded.

Hi Satish,

could you please send me the file structure you tried to upload and also which mapping rules you are using. Furthermore whish BAPI do you use and why did you activated the Event linkages?

Hi Satish

Your first error is "Usage does not exist"

Make sure the field "Usage" is visible on the view, it should be on the External List maintenance view as either. "External List Origin" or "External List Type". They are visible and mandatory in the MARKETINGPRO Business Role.

It's been a while since I used the function.

Could you include an image of the External List view as it is just before you click "Start"

Have you tried changing the "Rented" value to another?

If I recall correctly this did cause a few issues

Hi Satish

I suspect it may be the fields where you're using a coded mapping.

Try first to upload a file without these field mappings.

Just try a mapping format with 2 or 3 fields, I believe if this works then you'll know where your issue is.

If possible remove the Postal Code and ISO Code.

I want this to be the most simplistic ELM Format in order to trace if it's linked to the Mapping Rule
