Dimension on marketing document not copied over to Journal Entry

Hi,

Can anyone help on this issue please.

I have set up Dimension with Cost Centre.

When users input it in marketing document (incoming payment) the posting journal doesn't seems to carry the dimension information over. Hence when running general ledger, we cannot run it by the dimension defined.

Only Expenditure and Sales type accounts are affected by the set distribution rules. Are your accounts set accordingly?

please check your account, the account type should be expenditure or sales

Hi Aung,

Triadi is talking about Account Type of GL Account. Inorder to map Cost center directly from marketing document, GL account type should be either Expenses / sales
