SAP_GWFND 7.40 SP6 and SP7 Installation.

Dear Experts,

we are Using SAP IDES EHP7,  and going to install SAP Fiori APPS for our internal use, for this purpose i need to upgrade SAP_GWFND to SP7 but since last night my up gradation gets stuck in DISASSEMBLE phase.

Please let me know what can the issue? some times logs are written some times not.

Can u plz provide the logs for the same,

did u check all prerequisite for SAP Getway Foundation.
