How to sort the filed name

Hi all,

As am new to PI system can you please provide how to sort the filed from multi mapping . For example

Their are 3 records sub chain from which i have to have the first field as been in the order

In this if you see 50061525 filed  is been displaced so can you please advice what i have to do  to place the file as in order as if value starts with 50061525 means it should like

50061525 | | | |

50061525 | | | |

please advice what i have to do ???

Hi Sandhya,

I assume your flat file has been transformed to xml and your query is how to achieve your requirement at mapping level.

Use Sort node function for the 50061525 field, then it will get sorted out according to the parameter you set in the sort function.

For its corresponding fields, use Sort by Key node function, for the first argument, give 50061525 field, and for the second argument of the function, use the corresponding source field which needs to be aligned in the target accordingly with the sorted ones.
