RFx Final submission

Hi Experts,

Please advise what security profile I need to change to allow a secondary user for a Supplier to also have the right to submit an RFx into Firm status.
Currently the system only allow the primary user to Submit.

Both the primary and secondary should be able to change status to Firm for a RFx.

Hi Gianno,

If your requirement is to allow all the supplier's primary and secondary contacts to give firm response for a Rfx please allow Proposal Change State security right.

Security profiles-->Supplier-->Business Documents --> Proposal Change State-->Change State: Allow.

If your requirement is to allow for some particular suppliers, then assign Supplier Manager security profile to secondary contact.

I change the security setting and the secondary user could submit the final response
