Budget Billing Plan Creation Issue

Hi Guys,

    While creating a BBP for a contract its giving an error message for amount too high. As I checked in the billing document & simulation document created it consists of a Negative consumption line item. Now the user cant create BBP for contract in production. I am operating in production system so a bit reluctant in doing anything. Please help me out. Let me know if you need more input.

Hi

Check Event R511. As per standard SAP functionality, you will not be able to create budget billing line items if you the summation amount is negative.

Check the Billing documents  to see if there is any data issue related to the same or not.
