Good afternoon, I have deployed Hybris Marketing and CRM RDS v.2 into AWS, and it seems that only the CEI_STD user works properly.

For other users I am getting the following error when trying to log in:

Error while displaying (sub)workset; contact your system administrator.

I would greatly appreciate if anyone could please shed any light on this issue.

Hi Rafael,

If it is working for CEI_STD, then I think the authorizations/roles are missing for other users.  Please assign the required roles, it should be OK.

Thanks very much for prompt response Bharath. I have been OOO but resuming my work on yMkt.

Could you please indicate where should I do this role configuration? Is it using the SAPGUI?
