I have to up-grade sap solution manager 7.0 to 7.1 but want to know how could I tackle change and incident messages which was created in 7.0 and did not close.

The topic of upgrade become big when you have incident and chaRM both live but it is easily manageable if you plan properly.
check one of my blogs on the said topic
This will enable all the old tickets visible in new SM_CRM interface and don't forget to add relevant authorization to the PFCG roles.

Hi Prakhar!
I need to show old transaction types like ZLFN on SM_CRM but it is not working.
What i did to try fix this issue is bellow:
1 - Changed the channel of ZLFN as you described.
2 - Add ZLFN in DNO_CUST04
3 - Checked SU53 but no autorization issue was found.
4 - I updated 'document type' under spro point "Assign Implementation to Change Transaction Types'
Do you have any clue what is going on?
