Inspection lot is not created at the time of Process order release

Hello Gurus,

Suddenly for a Plant , the automatic inspection lot creation at the time of Process order release has stopped to function. Can you please help in this case?

Check your material master QM view whether 03 in process inspection type is assigned with inspection lot creation settings.

Hello Kiran,

We have checked further and it is seen that the Quality settings are maintained for the Plant. Also, the Materials has the QM view extended with the correct Inspection type (03 In-process insp. for production order) maintained. Also the MICs are assigned to the recipe to the Quality operation with QM03 control key.

Hello All,

We were able to resolve the issue. The Order type dependent parameters were changed for one of the project wherein the Inspection type selection was changed.

check  in config production scheduling profile   any change is done

check whether production scheduling profile assigned in material master for material
