Unable to see convergent invoicing in SPRO after activating the business components

Hi,

we have activated the business components and we are able to see convergent charging in SPRO. But we dont see convergent invoicing component in SPRO.

Does anyone know how  can we see it in SPRO?

Hi Mario,

We are not seeing some of the components available in our system to activate and we are on SP03. So we are planning to upgrade the support pack.

Hello Bhargavi,

did you see the CI customizing at all???

Maybe this path would help:

SPRO > Financial Accounting (New) > Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable > Integration > Convergent Invoicing

Some times ago the CI customizing was in the folder "integration" in FI-CA.

Yes, we were able to see CI after activating one more component. Below is the path for that:

SPRO > Financial Accounting (New) > Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable>Convergent Invoicing

I think, ISU_INV_1 (6.05) and ISU_INV_2 (6.07) are components from your list that are related to CI.

Also ISU_INV_PP_1 (6.05), ISU_INV_PP_2 (6.06), ISU_INV_PP_3 (6.07), ISU_INV_PP_3A (6.07, SP02)

You should check in transaction SFW5 if those components are active.

My ERP implementation is IS-T and CI related component are:

TEL_BI_INV_1

TEL_CONV_INV_1

TEL_EDR_BILLING

TEL_INV_1

TEL_INV_2

TEL_INV_2F

TEL_INV_PP_1

TEL_INV_PP_2

TEL_INV_PP_3

SAP CC is separate installation from ERP. It's not related to your problem for sure.

Regarding ERP - support package is SAPK-61707INISUT and SP-level is 007.
