Cost of goods

Hi,

I am facing an error in Credit note, in pricing procedure we have set requirement for condition type cost of goods which states that the condition type should not be active in the credit note but in some credit note its appearing. I have checked all config settings its fine. Can you let me know what may be the issue.

Hi Vinayak,

As I understand, ideally cost should not be part of Credit Memo. If you don't want cost to get determine in a sales document, the best way to counter this requirement would be to have Item Category not relevant for "Determine Cost".
