Publication File Names

Hi All,

Environment: 4.1, sp5, patch 6.  SQL Server database via .unx

Have created a new publication based off of a webi report.

This report 'bursts' into multiple .pdf's using profiles in the CMC and on a context object within the report.

Is there any way of having the files saved on to the BI Platform with the customisable file name?

I can do this when sending to e-mail or to the file location but not on to the platform.  Screenshots attached.

I need either the context value from the report or the username, as per screenshot 1.

For info, the 'bursting' is to make the reports more consumable rather than a data security issue.

Any ideas appreciated.

Hi,

You can not use the placeholder values  with "Default Enterprise Location" option.You will not get the placeholder values option If  you uncheck the File system checkbox in the screenshot you have attached.

One option is to change the Instance Name while scheduling.Scheduling->recurrence->Instance Title.
