Can't Start sapstartsrv

Dear,

I try to start a Window Service SAPDAA_98 and I failed. I read the detail of this error as following:

I still not understand what the problem is and how to fix this problem. I can't tell from this picture. It just shows system cannot find the file, but the file, sapstartsrv, is in there. It said the system can't find the file. This makes me confused because I exactly find the file. Log for 'sapstartsrv' shows below:

Please kindly help us to fix this error.

Hello,

I suggest you run Services.msc to check how the service SAPDAA_98 is defined.

Check if path for executable and profile are set correctly.

You should note the service is for diagnotise agent instance 98 but not for instance 00.

The trace file you attached is from instance 00.
