Unable to save the document in VF05

Hi Experts,

I am unable to save the document for T-code VF05. The office & File Buttons are not accessible. Its only for this particular user. For all other users it is accessible.

Kindly help me to solve this issue. If it s related to authorization object kindly suggest me the authorization object.

Hi Alwin,

This issue could be due to a missing authorization object.

Assign the authorization object S_GUI to the user and try again.

Please check below object and compare with those users having authorization to access.

S_DATASET:Authorization for file access

F_BKPF_BUK:Accounting Document: Authorization for Company Codes check authorization for the company code .

S_SCD0:Change documents

V_VBRK_FKA:Billing: Authorization for Billing Types

V_VBRK_VKO:Billing: Authorization for Sales Organizations

S_GUI:Authorization for GUI activities
