Logon not possible (error in license check)

Dear Experts,

I could not login to the system due to error in license check

When in check in T-code SLICENSE it shows that software product of this system is red.

However, all licenses are successfully installed they show green status.

By the way, my system is Solution Manager 7.1

Could you please advise me?
