Users Clean Up

I want to clean up some set of users in the ibp 4.0 system. I see that some of the users have their own dashboards. So without affecting the dashboard, can I delete the user? If so how to do it? Please suggest.

The user is the dashboard owner if he/she created it. So if you deleted the user, the associated objects are removed in the system as well.

Possibilities you can try if you do not want the objects to be removed:

1. Make the dashboard/chart owner inactive instead of deletion;

2. Share the dashboard / chart to another valid user and have that user save the dashboard or chart as new owner.

Suppose i have process template linked to the dashboard. And if the owners of one of the processes are also in the list to delete, if i delete them, the process templates are gonna get affected? Please advise
