Hi Team,
We have table logging active in our system for several tables and parameter rec/client is set to 100.
Now we want to activate table logging for one particular table in client 210 also but we are thinking if we set parameter rec/client to 100,210, it will activate table logging for all tables in 210 also.
Is there a way we can activate table logging for a single table only while other tables also have change log activated.
Regards,
Shivam
Hi Shivam,
Yes, setting rec/client to 100,210 will activate recording of changes in client 210
You could also set that parameter to ALL.
Do not forget to also set/change RECCLIENT the in TMS configuration
84052 R3trans: Table logging
Why would you want to record changes for a specific table only ?
That mechanism is there to help tracking changes on all customizing tables.
Watch out do not log application tables or tables that do change too often or DBTABLOG will grow very fast.

hi Shivam,
You can maintain the tables list to be logged using tcode scu3.
Further you can select in the table's Technical Settings.
