NACE, MESSAGE

Hi guru

I have a problem. I created a new "output type" named ZNEW coping ZNEU in EF Apllication.

I inserted ZNEW in Procedures and I inserted the condition records for ZNEW.

When I Created a new Purchase order, the ZNEW message does not appear automatically.

Only the ZNEU appears. If I control the analysis output, I see both messages have "output found"

(see image1) but it creates only a message (see image2)

Where is the error?

Hi Mario,

Can you check the "Fine-Tuned Control: Purchase order".

Is operation 1 and 2 are added for your output type?

Hi Mario,

You can see the required customizing & settings as below

1- NACE: Purchase Order settings should like below:

If you would Z* condition type to be executed automatically instead manual,

NACE --> EF --> Procdures & follow below path:

You need to add your custom condition control:

If you want this condition to be triggered automatically then you need to scroll right and deselect Manual Control

After completing these settings, you should create the required condition records:

2- Now you need to create EF - Z* output type  in we20 for the relevant Partner number:

You need to add message control into the Partner Profiles --> Message Control area:

Kindly go through all these steps carefully to accomplish your goal.

I checked everything that you wrote. Everything's OK (I have no partner)

The problem is that I have only one message

even if the "output found" are two

Hi Mario,

What purpose the new message type "ZNEW" is created. If it is created for email output, please maintain the email in vendor master address screen, and make sure the communication type is maintained for condition record.
