Need SLD configuration document

Hi All,,

Kindly help me with SLD configuration document. When I tried to configure the same using RZ70 I am getting "unable open RFC" message.

Hi Vivek,

Make sure ur user has the role SAP_BC_AI_LANDSCAPE_DB_RFC

It is the service user role for the System Landscape Directory (SLD).

This role supplies all the authorizations required by the SLD for dialog-free access to the database of the SAP Web Application Server. This role is usually assigned to exactly one service user or communication user, which must be defined in the administration of the SLD for database consistency.

Hello,

I have changed the DDIC password during installation.

When I try to access the SLD url with that user I get a message

403 forbidden, You are not authorized to view the requested resource.

Kindly guide me.

HI,

Check in the exchange profile parameters for accessing the SLD.

you can access the SLD through http://host:port/sld - administration--

Hi Michal,

The problem is I am unabel to open that webpage.

When I give http://hostname:50000/sld its asking for a username and password.

Which user and password I need to give.

Hi vivekananda,

You need to use the "administrator" user and its password for accessing the sld from the url http://hostname:50000/sld
