Report - Activity Analysis - full text of Notes is not displayed

We are in the midst of implementing C4C. The users want to view Activities with Notes. We configured a report using the All Activities data source. However, when there is a lot of text in the Notes, the full text is not displayed. We downloaded both the report and data source in CSV format, and the full text is still not displayed. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Hello

Analytics framework within C4C currently only allows 60 characters per field. In one of our future releases, it is planned to extend the char limit to allow users to see more than 60 characters. Stay tuned to this community for more details.

Feature is now available since 1602. The new limit is 1024 characters.

In your report go to "Note" characteristic and from contextual menu choose "Show Extended text"/Enable.

In the analytics framework we do not support more than 60 characters per field. I guess the text you are missing is everything that goes beyond 60 characters.

Kindly check and if this is the case please note that this is currently the standard behaviour and there is no way around that from analytics side.

So in case it is absolutely important to see the full note in your report all users need to be made aware to maintain notes with a maximum of 60 characters.
