Hi Nishu,

this report is used to evaluate the capacity of your work centers. Let's say you have Work Center X which is used in 10 different projects.. And you need to check on the used and available capacity on the work center you can use this report...

for more details on the Capacity planning and leveling i would suggest you to read through the sap help on capacity planning in PS..
