Alert Framework - Read confirmation requested

Hi PI'lers,

I have following situation:

SAP PI sends out alerts (everything works fine on that) and is requesting a read confirmation. As the sender mail address is not on official e-mail address somehow the read request is only delivered correctly when I am using outlook in the intranet. If I am reading the alert from my mobile, the read confirmation is sent out but cannot be delivered. I get the undelivery report after a while for it.

Is it possible to switch off the read confirmation requests in total for PI Alerts?

Or Settings > Confirmation of receipt.
