Logical Port Web service ping failed, error message as service ping failed (RC=401) Service Ping ERROR: Unauthorized

Hi Experts,

We have created a webservice to upload documents to Portal KM using an application WebdDynpro ABAP .

We have created Logical Port for Portal  but Ping  Web service is getting failed, I am getting the below error Message

Web service ping failed (RC=401). Service Ping ERROR: Unauthorized, please find attached Screenshot for the same.

We have checked this note,

Can you please provide the solution, if this  configuration apply in this case?
