Mapping issue Remove duplicate values from source structure

Hello Experts,

From the source idoc MATMAS05

Example :

For the E1MAKTM node

Segment :SPRAS =E

                  SPRAS= J

For the E1MTXHM node

Segment :TDSPRAS = D

                  TDSPRAS =  J

For this case at target needs to create 3 nodes (E,J,D) by removing duplicates(j).
