Error in Solution Manager, SOLAR01, "Graphic" tab. With IE11

Hello!

After upgrade IE to version 11 we have error in Solution Manager, SOLAR01, "Graphic" tab :

"Your browser does not support the Solution Manager Graphic"

I find sapnote 2092160 and install it, but it not solve our trouble.

Please help!

Answer from SAP.

After applying this instruction all work fine.

Dear Mr. Sorokin

In general SAP Note 2092160 should fix the issue, I guess you did not
clear the Server Cache and Browser Cache.
Please do following:
1) Delete Server Cache: go to transaction SMICM -> GoTo -> HTTP
Plug-in-> Server Cache -> Invalidate Globally: "Yes" to invalidate.
2) Delete Browser Cache: safest way to delete browser cache in IE8+ is
to hit "F12" to open the IE debugger, "Ctrl-R" to clear the cache,
"F12" to close
then re-test again.

Hi ,

Could you please let me know what SP you are on ? because in order to use Internet Explore version 11 ,you need to have  SP12.

After applying the note, please close the browser and do the following

Also make sure that all users have deleted their temporary internet explorer files like cached files and js-files. If you don't delete, old js-files will be executed.

I already read this discussion and try to apply note, which mentioned in that discussion.

Adding server to Compatibility list of IE 11 not solve trouble. Mentioned note is not actual for our SM server.
