In your system go to the t-code SUIM > User Information System > Roles > By Authorization Values
Input Authorization Object S_TCODE
Input Value/AND as WCTH & WCTK respectively
This will allow you to find the role that has both authorizations.
If that fails, similarly look for the role for each of those transactions separately.
