Inventory Counting Not all items in warehouse getting selected

Hi Guru's

I have a problem. When I am doing the inventory counting for a particular warehouse only 9 items are generated, not all items are getting popped up in the Inventory counting window. But then when I look at the Inventory in Warehouse Report we can see over 70 items. Can I know what I can do to bring all these items in the inventory counting window. Pls help.

Any chance those more than 60 items are set as inactive on the count date?

Please go to Administration -> System Initialization -> Document Settings -> Per Document tab -> Inventory Counting, and check if you've checked the "Allow Inclusion of Inactive Items in Document" field. If not, it might be the reason.

The inclusion of inactive items did not work. Is there any other way out of it.
