Fax Sending issue

Hi Experts,

1) I am getting error in SOST when sending  PO document FAX. error message is XS812. For same FAx no I had sent fax , which sent successfully. I am getting PAGE_SEND_ERR , May I know the cause for this.

2) For another FAX no I am getting NOFAX_DIS error. Error XS812

3) For third fax no , getting RING_TO error. Error XS812.

Please help. I serch on SDN , but not found exact reason.

Hello Ranju,

Is all necessary configurations for FAX is set up in your SAP system?

Check with basis team regarding the same.

Go to transaction SCOT and check is there any SMTP settings for Fax under Outbound messages --> SMTP node.

Also refer to the below links which might help you.

All setup is ready, so  PO is going to Fax before  and after some time it not goes to same fax no.
