SLA Stopped working after pathcing from SP12 to SP13
SLA was working before patching, after I patched the system to SP13 from SP12, It seems SLA is stopped working.
from the below screen you can see IRT and MPT remains as 0%
Central Notes implemented successfully after patching and I re checked all the Configuration for SLA, nothing was changed,
below are the scheduled actions for the incident
is it required to do any activities after patching in terms of SLA to get updated
