Workflow ReqStatus after completion is blank

Using the default Access Request templates "GRAC_DEFAULT_PATH" in GRC 10.

The webservice for RequestStatus and RequestDetails both return no info on the Request Status.

            <RequestStatusDesc/>

The stage shows

<Reqcurrentstage>Security stage</Reqcurrentstage>

The UI shows everything is completed okay and approved, just that these web services don't show this. Is there something in the workflow that has to be enabled to finalize the request for the status/details table?

Dear Joseph,

what is your current SP level? There are some notes in this regard but as we don't know your SP level it's difficult.
